    摘要:

    为应对高压直流输电系统中晶闸管热积累引发的失效风险,并解决极端工况下通信链路异常导致的监测中断问题,文章设计了一套基于集成波导芯片的在线监测系统。该系统集成了 4×16多模干涉耦合器(MMI)以实现 16通道高密度集成,采用波导光栅传感器(WBG)完成高精度温度测量,并结合光开关构建多层级冗余链路。实验结果表明,系统对晶闸管温度的测量精度达 ±0. 3℃;当主通道发生故障时,可在 20 ms内快速切换至备用线路,有效消除了传统方案因关键节点失效引发的系统性监测中断问题,提升了系统的可靠性与容错能力。目前,该系统已在北京特高压实验基地开展工程应用测试。

    Abstract:

    To address the failure risks induced by thermal accumulation in thyristors,which are core components of High-Voltage Direct Current transmission systems, an online monitoring system was designed. To resolve the issue of system-level monitoring interruptions caused by communication link anomalies under extreme operating conditions,this paper proposes an integrated waveguide chip structure applied to the monitoring system. First,a 4×16 multimode interference(MMI)coupler was designed and fabricated to achieve 16-channel high-density integration. Subsequently, a waveguide Bragg grating(WBG)sensor was developed to achieve high-precision temperature measurement. A multi-level redundant structure was then constructed by incorporating optical switches. The results demonstrate that the proposed scheme achieves real-time temperature monitoring of the thyristors with a measurement accuracy of ±0. 3℃ . Furthermore,when the primary channel fails,switching to the backup line can be completed within 20 ms. This effectively resolves the monitoring interruptions in traditional temperature monitoring systems caused by critical node failures,significantly enhancing system reliability and fault tolerance. The system has undergone engineering application testing at the Beijing Ultra-High Voltage Experimental Base.
