    摘要:

    针对传统双光谱成像系统存在图像配准困难、视场角度小、成本高等问题,文章提出一种基于单元扫描的双光谱成像系统。该系统通过分光镜实现红外线和可见光分离,而红外线由红外聚焦镜头汇聚到红外单元传感器,可见光由普通光学镜头汇聚到可见光传感器,通过等时间扫描采样方法实现双光谱成像。为了提高测温精度,系统针对成像距离和角度进行补偿,并采用双线性插值的图像映射方法使采集红外图像和可见光图像分辨率一致。实验结果表明,基于单元扫描的双光谱成像系统具有视场宽,无需配准便可将红外图像映射到可见光图像,且成本低廉。

    Abstract:

    As a solution to the problems of image registration difficulty,small field of view angle,and high costs associated with traditional dual-spectrum imaging systems,a dual-spectrum imaging system based on unit scanning was developed in this study. This system separated infrared and visible light by passing it through a beam splitter,in which the infrared light was converged by an infrared focusing lens to an infrared unit sensor,and the visible light was converged by an ordinary optical lens to a visible light sensor. Dual-spectrum imaging was achieved using the equal-time scanning sampling method. To improve temperature measurement accuracy,the system compensated for the variations in imaging distance and angle and used the bilinear interpolation image mapping method to make the resolutions of the collected infrared and visible light images consistent. The experimental results showed that the dual-spectrum imaging system based on unit scanning has a wide field of view, can map infrared images to visible light images without image registration,and has a low cost.
