Abstract:How to obtain the parallax image within the stereo fusion area of the human eye is the prerequisite for stereo image acquisition, and the size of the parallax has a certain relationship with the baseline length between the binocular stereo cameras. By analyzing the principle of parallel binocular stereoscopic system and combining the Panum fusion area, the value of the baseline length during stereoscopic photography is limited. Finally, the results of calculated results are verified by experiments. This study can provide a reference for the selection of the camera interval during the actual stereo image shooting.
